    Individualization | Communication | Activator | Maximizer | Relator

Nayeli Garcia has devoted her career to nonprofit operations and fundraising, drawing from her experiences internationally and from the private, government, and higher education sectors. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Chesapeake Bay Steward, and a Mental Health First Aider.

A detail-oriented and big-picture thinker, she embraces roles that make a difference professionally and in her community. She has worked in various nonprofit settings and as a consultant to advance education, the arts, social justice, and environmental sustainability.

Nayeli moved to the Susquehanna River region in 2021 after spending the majority of her life living in or around metropolitan centers, primarily Baltimore City. She is the Vice President of the Havre de Grace Green Team Board, a Bike Harford Council Co-Chair, and Fundraising Chair for the Havre de Grace Youth Sailing Program.

Nayeli is a bilingual professional who graduated from one of the oldest all girls’ public high schools in the United States, Western High School, with the distinction of earning the Student Art Award (it’s a Baltimore thing to boast about HS!). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Towson University and studied abroad for six months at the University of Hobart in Tasmania, Australia.
